Important things to know

Minimum group size is 10 people. We work with groups from 10 to 100+.
Safari permits are limited — the Forest Department caps the number of jeeps per zone per shift. For large groups needing many jeeps, early booking (4–6 weeks ahead or more) is strongly recommended.
One jeep seats a maximum of 6 adults plus a driver and mandatory guide. A group of 30 people needs 5 jeeps.
Canter safaris (for Dhikala) seat 16 people per canter and are a good option for large groups wanting Dhikala access on a day visit.
Tiger sightings are never guaranteed — Corbett is a real wild forest. We will suggest the best zone and timing for your group, but sightings depend on nature.

Common questions

What is the minimum group size for a group package?

Our group and corporate packages start at a minimum of 10 people. For school excursions and college trips, we recommend a minimum of 20 students plus accompanying teachers.

How many safari jeeps does my group need?

One jeep seats a maximum of 6 adults plus the driver and a mandatory registered guide. Divide your group size by 6 to get the number of jeeps required. For example, a group of 30 adults needs 5 jeeps.

Can you book multiple jeeps in the same zone and shift?

Yes. We coordinate group jeep bookings and aim to keep all jeeps in the same zone and shift so the group enters together. However, permit allotment is ultimately by the Forest Department and subject to availability.

What is the best safari option for a very large group?

For groups over 30 people wanting a single safari experience together, the Dhikala canter safari is a practical option — each canter seats 16 passengers and is a single vehicle that keeps the group together. Day canter bookings are subject to Forest Department availability.

Are group safari permits available easily?

Permits are limited by zone and shift and sell out fast, especially on weekends and holidays. For groups, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead or more. We begin the permit process as soon as we confirm your dates.

Do you handle school trips specifically?

Yes. We handle educational excursions and nature trips for schools and colleges, including coordination with nature guides, museum visits, nature walks and all logistics. We understand the care needed for student groups.

Is transport included?

Transport is provided on demand — we arrange tempo travellers, coaches or cabs from Delhi or Ramnagar and between the resort and safari gates.

How is group pricing calculated?

Group rates depend on the number of people, number of nights, resort category, number of safaris and season. We give a full, all-in quote with no hidden charges after you share your group size and dates.
