Welcome to corbettvalley.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Corbett Valley is a private travel company and booking facilitator based in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. We help travellers plan and book safaris, stays and tours related to Jim Corbett National Park. We are not the Forest Department, the Corbett Tiger Reserve administration, a government authority, or the official permit-issuing portal. Official safari permits and forest rest-house bookings are issued solely by the Forest Department through corbettonline.uk.gov.in.

2. Our role as a facilitator

We act as an intermediary to help you plan and arrange travel services through authorised channels and partner providers (resorts, transport operators, and Forest Department booking systems). The actual safari permits, accommodation and services are provided by these third parties and the relevant authorities, who set their own rules, availability and pricing.

3. Bookings & availability

• All bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by the relevant authority or service provider.
• Safari permits, zones, timings and rest-house slots are controlled by the Forest Department and cannot be guaranteed by us.
• We do not and cannot guarantee wildlife or tiger sightings, which depend entirely on natural conditions.

4. Pricing

• Prices shown on our website are indicative and subject to change without notice, based on season, demand and Forest Department revisions.
• Your final price is confirmed at the time of booking. Certain charges (such as the on-spot guide fee) may be payable directly by you.

5. Payments

Payment terms, including any advance, will be communicated at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after the agreed payment is received and the service provider/authority confirms availability.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the policies of the Forest Department and partner providers. Note that Forest Department permit fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Visitor responsibilities

• Carry valid government photo ID (the same as used at booking) for every traveller.
• Follow all Forest Department rules, safari guidelines and forest staff instructions.
• Provide accurate booking details. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information you supply.

8. Limitation of liability

We facilitate bookings in good faith but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including changes to permits, timings or availability by the authorities; weather, natural events or safari cancellations; the acts or omissions of third-party providers; or the absence of wildlife sightings. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service charge paid to us.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (including the official Forest Department portal). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by or licensed to Corbett Valley and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Uttarakhand.
