Safari timings are not fixed; they change with the weather to adjust for sunset and sunrise.

Important Information
- Wildlife Sightings: Wildlife sightings are subject to natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
- Advance payment: With booking with us corbett valley advance payment of 50 percent is mandatory.
- ID Requirement:Every visitor must carry a valid government-issued ID at the time of the safari.
- Pick & Drop:Note that pick and drop will be from Ramnagar. If you want a pickup from the hotel, it will be extra charged.
Terms & Conditions (By NTCA Guidelines for Jeep Safari)
- Booking Cancellations:Officials can cancel your bookings during the rainy season (June 1st to November 14th) for
- safety reasons. No refund will be provided if cancelled for bad weather conditions
- No Rescheduling: Once Safari confirmed,It cannot be rescheduled.
- Changes: Once booking is confirmed, the names on the permit cannot be changed, and extra passengers cannot Join the jeep after booking is confirmed.
- Non-refundable: The jeep safari the fee is non-refundable once confirmed.
- ID Requirement: Visitors Must carry a government ID that must be shown at the safari entry gate.
- Guide Requirement: A guide is mandatory for every safari.
- Entry Restrictions: We strictly follow the park's entry regulations and timings.
ADVANCE BOOKING PROCEDURE
To request a booking, please provide the following details:
The full name, age, and gender of each tourist as printed same on the identity cards to be provided along with the confirmatory amount.
Required traveling date & Safari timing (Morning/Afternoon)
Specific ID card number of your (Pan Card, Aadhaar No., Driving license No., etc.)
Safari Entry money paid in advanced.
Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amounts are not be refunded.
You should carry the same ID card submitted during the online booking.
Please tell us before 45 days in advance (for Indian nationals)
Foreign citizens are advised to notify 90 days in advance
Passport details are compulsory for foreign citizens
Safari permit is based on the availability
In case of any emergency or fault your safari is not booked we will refund your whole balance (amount)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR JIM CORBETT SAFARI
Entry permits must be obtained online with the necessary documentation.
Permits are provisional and may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
The decision of the Corbett Tiger Reserve Director is final; we operate under established guidelines.
Entry permits are non-transferable.
Only officially registered guides can accompany your excursions; do not attempt to change the guide or naturalist.
Entry to the park is prohibited after sunset.
Day visits to the Dhikala Tourism Zone are only permitted for guests staying at forest lodges.
Visitors must remain in their vehicles during the jeep safari; getting down is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed inside the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
All visitors are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Wildlife Protection Act. Your cooperation is appreciated.
